It's that time of the
year, when we used to think about going back to school (or have the
beginning of nightmares in my case!). Instead, we gather at the
beautiful Milner Gardens for a wonderful pancake breakfast and a
celebratory cheer: "To Hell With The Bell"

It's
that time of the year! That time when
retired teachers smile smugly and say “To hell with the bell!” And so, the
PQRTA invites you to join us in a celebratory cheer and breakfast at
MILNER GARDENS
2179 West Island Highway
Qualicum Beach, BC
(Shuttle from the upper parking lot)
Topics: This breakfast is a social time, without a formal agenda. However, we will welcome our new retirees and look at our programme for the upcoming year.
Once again the Shriners will provide a fabulous pancake breakfast with eggs, sausages, coffee, and orange juice (you may choose to add a little something to your juice for the THWTB toast).
The
cost is $20.00 which includes the breakfast,
a donation to Milner Gardens for their “Shoots with Roots” educational program,
a contribution towards the door prize, and other associated costs. As well, you
can purchase tickets to participate in the “Skill Testing Question”.
Remember to
wear your name tag and bring an extra layer for the cooler ocean breezes by Milner Gardens.
