Time has flown! It's already June 2nd and I know that you've been waiting for more information about our June gathering.
In
last fall's survey, there were some comments/suggestions about the
barbecue, so let's change it up and try a pot luck picnic!!!
WHEN: Wednesday, June 15th at 11:30AM until 2:00ish
WHERE: Rotary Park - Beach front in Qualicum Beach
WHAT:
- Annual General Meeting with Committee Reports and Elections
- Pot Luck Picnic lunch buffet - bring your favourite item to share!
- Skill Testing Question - tickets $2 each or 3 for $5
- $8.00 to $10.00 cost per person to cover $150.00 rental fee of facility
- Summer Hat Contest - prize for best!!!
